Was blind sided with a 100 dollar hold fee. While the fee will be returned to us, it was one extra expense i didnt plan for. That wont be returned to me for 5-10 days

Very noisy location with airport and freeway directly in front. No shampoo in room. Bed was comfortable but weird. The mattress kept sliding so we had to keep pulling it back into place. This caused several shin and leg scrapes. I forgot to check if there was an elevator so that was a real problem for me with bad knees.

Meh

Light in the bathroom where the shower is did not work. Showered in the dark. Did see a cockroach in the bathroom. Didn’t realize that the airport was RIGHT there and also a busy road, so it was loud. Other than that, bed was comfy and the lady working the desk was very nice.
