The first time i stayed there it was a pleasant experience. However, this time was the complete opposite. There was a roach in the room that i had to kill. Also, I have bed bug bites on my neck and arm. Will not be returning to this hotel.

Lots of people hanging out in multiple cars in the parking lot from midnight to 2:00 am near the dumpster with the radio turned up. Seems sus like hookers or drug deals. Breakfast was below average with watery, inedible eggs and were out of cranberry juice. Clerk got the number of days wrong on my key card and didn't require an ID or CC for checkin. Housekeeper ignored DND sign and walked right into my room at 10:30 am.

There is a $35 charge for early check in, which I find kind of ridiculous if there was a room ready. No hot water when taking a shower. Ice machine on 2nd floor was out of service. Fairly noisy on the 2nd floor for some reason.

The description of the beds states queen size beds. When we got to the hotel it was twin size. I woke up qurv back aches every night because i shared a bed with my wife and it was uncomfortable. It snowed the days we were there and nobody of the staff shovel the front of the hotel and it was ice. No salt no nothing. Breakfast was bad. Egg looked horrible. Orange juice was watered down. If you see a reservation for 3 people staff should put towels out for the ampunt of people statijg in the room. I shouldn't have to ask staff for extra towels. I wont book there again.

Sleep Inn...you rock!

My family and I had a wonderful stay! This is one of the best, most peaceful, cozy hotels we have stayed in a while, which made it even more enjoyable! The front desk, housekeeping, food service, etc., were friendly, respectful, and welcoming! The breakfast was a plus and delicious!

The people who worked here at night acted like they could not be bothered to help me. The tv was super old, no remote. My room was disgusting. Dust on everything and the carpet was filthy. I had to wear my shoes after realizing it made my socks black. The rating was decent and that fooled me. I would say whoever rates this hotel highly has very different standards than mine. The shower floor was so stained and dirty looking that i put a towel on the shower floor to stand on and avoid making contact with it. It was also very loud all night with ppl talking and going up & down the halls making me curious about the Clientele. It had snow and ice all around the entrance, very dangerous slip hazard. A little icemelt around the front door but beyond that, no effort to ensure safe walking to and from vehicles.

It's just a place I stay at several times at that I find it it's not real busy and really crowded and you can just drive down the street if you're looking for a restaurant then there's plenty of shopping around there but they also have a great breakfast
