Poor customer service on management end
Upon check in we asked to be checked in early and the girl said we could for an additional $25 fee. Which we paid. Got room keys and went to the room but could not gain entry. Walked back to front desk and it was a different employee due to shift change and she proceeded to ask me if I was aware that check out was at 11am that same day. I said no we just checked in n wont be checking out til next day at 11am. Long story short the manager initially said we had to check out same day at 11 otherwise we have to pay for another nite. No if ands or buts about it basically. Regardless that it was their employee who made the decision to let us check in early but why did we have to pay an early check in fee then? So the manager said she’d give us our $25 back if we left at 11am. So in between time the 4 hours we did spend in the room were rudely interrupted not 1 not 2 or 3 times but 4 different times house keeping just walked in our room without knocking! Even after verbally speaking to us and knowing the room was occupied. No knock at the door or even a shout through the door was made. Just opened the door as if they were staying there and walked right on in. After making the front desk aware of what’s happened their response back was for me to place my “do not disturb” sign outside my door to prevent that from happening anymore! Unbelievable if you ask me. Im like whether you know someone is in the roomor not you should ALWAYS knock on a door before entering it if not your own door
