The staff was very helpful and accommodating, but I had to switch my room because it smelled so bad and was visibly dirty to the point where I couldn’t see myself being able to sleep or use the bathroom comfortably. My room change was slightly better but not great by any means. Thankfully I was only here one night, but should’ve been much cheaper considering.

I stay here every week, at least 1 day a week. I will continue to do so because I enjoy it. That being said.... I just stayed on Sunday, 06/01/2025, and i slipped and fell it the bath tub, my back is injured, i have a laceration on my left side where the faucet hit, and i am sore all over. I just wish that the tubs had anti slip material on the surfaces. Getting hurt on this property was no on my to do list.

during breakfast hours the steam/heat container that had the hot foods in it was overly hot and upon opening billowed out steam that burned my wrist pretty bad, I mentioned to the staff member at the desk and she blew it off like no big deal even showed her the burn. She then started speaking another language to the woman working the food area and making faces towards me and my kids. It was very rude and disrespectful. No apology was made, no asking if I was ok. Nothing. If it would have been one of my kids they would have been burned worse. Next day mentioned to a new staff member and she was supposed to leave a not for management and I have never heard from anyone. Also the beds are very uncomfortable Rooms were in need of some maintenance And they need more lighting above the sink!

Took a bit to check-in as the attendant was somewhere else in building, when she came up to the desk, it was like she wasn't in a big hurry. Yet 4 people, including myself, wanted to check in and get on with their night. It was a basic room, tv, chair, table. Could've used an extra chair in room, there was enough space. But room was clean. Good thing, Cracker Barrel right next door. Easy to walk to.
