My husband and I booked a room for our anniversary. Overall, it was fine. Our bed at home was more comfortable. Housekeeping walked into the room in the morning, which was awkward considering this was a romance trip. We decided that was the end of the romace and left right after. Then after we checked out we were charged a small fee for...something. I have no idea what since I wasn't sent a receipt, just saw the charge to my bank. We'll likely stay somehwhere else next time.

The hotel was beautiful with plenty of dinning and drink options. A full market available for snacks but also a pizza, taco and breakfast options for a quick bite to eat before going to Live on 4th Street, just a block away. Didn't get to enjoy the pool (off season) but it looked beautiful. There is a garage behind the hotel that offered overnight parking or you can valet your car as well. Located close to a hospital so there were some sirens, day and night, but wasn't too bad.

The hotel is gorgeous and super clean. I highly recommend this hotel as it has so many things to do and see around the property. Did I mention cleanliness? Again, so clean. I was very impressed with this hotel.

The property is beautiful and I especially liked the pool deck. Our room was ok with a view of the parking garage roof. We were not offered a room with a better view as our family members were when they checked in a day later. The lighting in the bathroom is very dim and the rainshower shower head in the bathroom is not great if you have thick hair. We chose to watch a movie one night, but it took an hour to figure out how to get it to cast from our device to the correct room even with calling the help line. It is a very nice hotel, but our experience did not live up to my expectations based on what we paid.

Unfortunately, housekeeping left our room door ajar. The room door was left opened thus unlocked after they cleaned room. Unsafe ! The front desk was notified about this unsettling issue. Otherwise, it is a great hotel. All of the other staff were wonderful.

The Omni was beautiful and clean, food experience was lackluster at best. Room service was a long wait and food was not very good. The bars and restaurants were nice but for the price food was not the best. The room was very nice and comfortable.

Great Conference venue
