The staff could not have cared weather I lived or died... acted like me asking questions was not part of there job, the front desk clerk couldn't even tell me if the pool was open... told me if there wasn't a note on the door then it was open. Just really disapointed in the customer service.

Nice stay, good price

The lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful. The room ai stayed in was a Studio King room! It was very nice spacious. It had a King size bed and a sofa bed/couch. It also had 2 tvs that was nice. So you can watch what you want on one tv and someones else can watch what they want with no problem. The room was cold when I got in, it said 72 but felt colder. I had ro bump it up into the 80s to feel a difference. It was also freezing outside. Once it finally kicked on and in the room was good. Nice and quiet, peaceful stay. Would recommend and I will definitely be back.

The woman who should have been working the front desk was sitting watching tv and knitting a sweater- left us waiting for quite a while. This happened often when we needed something! It snowed while we were there and the parking lot was very slick - this was the ONLY business that didn’t plow their parking lot! Ice was so bad in the parking lot and was very hard to try not to fall!

Property is relatively new. But the rooms show a lot of wear and tear. Dinged up walls and furniture. Also, surprised that after a week removed from a snow storm, the back lot of the hotel was not plowed. It was a sheet of ice. The hotel is in a safe and convenient location. It is also very reasonably priced.

Poor condition, unclean

Room was not clean. Sticky substance on cabinet top, and toe nail clippings on the floor ! Parking lot and sidewalks not cleared after recent snow storm. Parking lot was very icy and dangerous Stayed at this location before and never had such a bad experience. Never Again

The only one that was truly assisting in my situation with my handicapped mother was April. The male manager was definitely more concerned with the bottom dollar and could not offer any type of assistance. The room that they put us in, you could hear water pouring off the edge of the roof throughout the entire night. I brought that to their attention, and they sounded like that was an average occurrence. As I was leaving on my last day, I did find a handicap chair in the hallway like I’ve been asking them for for almost a week. Didn’t do me any good because we were leaving that day. Really don’t know if I would ever want to stay at another Laquita inn or that one in Louisville.
