One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in! Beautifully designed with friendly and helpful staff. Location was walkable to many Louisville attractions including Whiskey Row. We were given a free room upgrade when we checked-in that we didn’t even ask for as well as a $20 credit to the mini market or restaurant in the hotel. Every time we visit Louisville, this will be the hotel for us. Highly recommend!

No coffee maker in the room is a deal breaker. Other than that it was great. There is coffee on site, but i like a cup in the morning in my pjs so that's why in room is key.

Great location in Nulu with lots to walk to. Rooms were small but sufficient. The two major things that will keep us from coming back unless addressed are the extremely dim lighting in the rooms and bathrooms. Really difficult to see, shave, put on makeup, etc. and it also makes me not so sure about cleanliness. I also found the rooms to be loud - we could hear the people next door and all the street noise. There’s no room fan to drown it out. I downloaded a white noise app and by the second night I finally slept a little.

I booked a one night stay In the suite and I was overall disappointed. I had 7 or 8 fixtures in the bathroom that weren’t connected leaving screws and sharp metal exposed (photo attached) The body wash soap dispenser had no soap in it. They also didn’t provide a menu for room service. Finally, the lighting in the rooms is horrible. It is very dim and hard to see. These are things that shouldn’t be issues when staying in the suite at a four star hotel. Reason I’m giving it a three star review is because the staff is very friendly and welcoming. The valet service is top-notch and the rooms are clean. The location of the hotel is also a big plus.
