We had an event at the expo center that was also the same weekend as a dog show. Despite ALL of the traffic, the staff was friendly, breakfast was delicious, and property was well maintained.

We were welcomed as soon as we hit the door! Everyone one was so nice and accommodating! It was during a cheer competition and was very busy but they did a great job keeping up with everyone’s needs! The rooms we clean and comfortable! And we slept so good!

The breakfast options were great! Only thing we didn’t really care for was the bathroom door sliding, and not having a lock. The staff was super sweet! And the shuttle option was amazing!

I would have expected more from any budget hotel, more or less a Hilton. We didn’t stay here. They charged us anyways, and no amount of money could have forced me to stay in this place. We didn’t even check in after walking through the front door.

My family and I were traveling from Georgia to Indiana and decided to reserve a hotel midway on the drive to rest. We paid for the hotel in full through Expedia before we arrived to the hotel. By the time we made it to check in it was around 3am. We were all exhausted and just wanted to sleep. However, when I was checking in, the receptionist told me the balance was due. I explained that I had already paid through Expedia and she was mistaken. I showed her the receipt but despite seeing the proof she continued to argue with me stating that I could not check in without making a payment. She said that it could be refunded in the morning when her manager came in but I would have to pay in order to proceed. I refused. We were traveling on a budget and could not afford to pay twice. Not to mention that it was just not right to make me pay twice. She continued to argue with me for what felt like an eternity and of course there was no manager on site to speak to. Finally she ended up calling a manager that was at home and waking them up to walk her through the process of applying my expedia payment to our file so that the system would proceed with check in. This entire process took us about an hour. I had my cranky children in the car. It was extremely inconvenient. The receptionist was incredibly rude and was obviously not trained well enough to be left alone. If it wasn’t for this experience I’d likely leave a better review. The hotel was decent but the staff was not.

For the most part, my room was clean. The only issue was that there was a cleaning rag and a pillow case, with what appeared to be blood spots on it, sitting on the bathroom counter.

Near L&N stadium

Room was cozy for my liking, sizable enough room for my family of 5. 10min walk to L&N stadium. Decent breakfast options. Kids enjoyed the pool, however I was skeptical of it the first night, looked as if bottom needed vacuumed but all was well. A few fast food restuarants near by. Not far drive from downtown, quick access to interstate.
