The hotel felt like a senior living community. This is not the reason for the bad review however. Checkout time was at 11am and we had an employee trying to break into our room at 10am. We yelled and had to slam the door in his face after he was trying to unlocked the latch. Front desk claimed it was the person who strips the beds after checkout. Check out was not for another hour and we were clearly still in the room. We felt completely unsafe. Front desk didn’t even give an apology. Will never be back.

I was only there for a quick stay, but the rooms were comfortable and clean. I had everything I needed. The staff was friendly and Hawthorne Suites accomodate my pet.
