Absolutely great but have a plan for food
Absolutely fantastic spotless property. I have travel with an ADA service dog. They gave me absolutely no issues whatsoever. The set up is fantastic. There was not a drop of dust or germs anywhere in this place. The sheets were beautiful. Everything was beautiful about this property. The service was fantastic. Check-in was a little slow. They could speed up on that or put more people there because it took the front desk like a good 45 minutes to get one person checked and I get that the woman checking in was elderly. I mean that the staff person but you know then put somebody else with her right other than that, everything was fine, except trying to find food when you realize how late it was and there is none so I wish that they would offer some kind of room service or food or what have you because you’re not gonna get DoorDash to your room there or anything like that either

Not much to do at the property other than going to the casino. In order to find other things to do you have to drive about 30 minutes minimum to find other entertainment options. Other than that the hotel was very clean, staff was very nice and was able to give us places/ideas for additional entertainment.

I had baby and had booked a room and well they didn’t let me get my room because of it and didn’t get to even stay they kept my money would not refund and i had to sleep with a baby in the car because they took what i had left for a hotel it was also freezing soo literally they pretty much stole my 100 dollars and didnt let me stay

Beautiful hotel with a luxury feel. Very clean. Very well maintained. For the price I was shocked at how nice the room was. It was a nice sized room with a very comfy bed. Only issue was the parking. There is no reserved area for hotel guests. You have to fight for a parking spot with all the casino goers. Not convenient to unload luggage. Overall was a good experience. Food was really good in the Eats area.
