Amazing Hotel, person at check was so friendly and helpful.Rooms are great,beds are so comfortable. Can’t say enough how impressed we were staying here. The price was so reasonable I couldn’t believe it. Would highly recommend!

I was supposed to receive VIP but did not receive it. Parking was very far from the hotel and casino. The casino staff didn’t seem very knowledgeable about the program. The hotel and room itself were very nice and my check-in was fine although I was told I could not get the VIP experience.

This hotel is relatively new and is very clean and spacious. The rooms are large and the bathroom is clean. The front desk was courteous. There is a casino adjacent and two restaurants including Oliver’s Chop House

When I first arrived the older lady at the front desk was RUDE! She screamed kids are not allowed to stay here, it’s on the door!!! She had a nasty attitude! I did not know kids weren’t allowed to stay there. I stated it did not say that on the Expedia website! Which it did not because i looked at the booking 4x before i even booked! And then I went back to it after she said that. Telling me yes it is! No it wasn’t! I clearly know kids aren’t allowed IN THE CASINO, but as far as the hotel part i did not. I’ve stayed at multiple hotels with casinos inside and children were staying!! She was so rude an nasty I will never even try to book there when I don’t have the kids. We came for a cheer competition at the expo center. Expedia and the derby need to do better with putting that in the property description so the next guest doesn’t have to scramble to find a room next time. Luckily i found an even better hotel after this happened.
