Great stay, a bit noisy

I could hear the people in room above me during the night walking around and making random noises. New hotel but surprised by this. could hear alot of activity from people on the street, may want to install thicker windows. Cap City restaurant is great and the gym has nice equipment.

The AC was not working. Room temp was 80 all night. Front desk said they would send a repair person and/or a fan, but neither happened. Hotel refunded expedia the room rate for expedia to refund to me. Expecting a refund in 3-7 days.

Fab hotel right in the centre . Plenty of parking on site . The room was great and Veronica who checked us in was magnificent, a lovely lady and very helpful.

Great location to a variety of attractions and dining. Even when having to drive to a different area of the city it was only 20 minutes max. Very friendly and helpful staff. Only change I suggest is having more than one person to check in/out during the noted hours.

property was clean, staff was great. parking was full and had to park in an open city lot across the street that had very few lights that worked. Very dark. hotel still charged normal overnight parking fee.

We had a great stay. The front desk was extremely helpful and friendly. They provided perfect recommendations for dining and seeing the area. The room was spacious and clean, and the beds and bedding were so comfortable. The restaurant had delicious food and great service. I also liked the grab and go section for snacks and the coffee shop made the most delicious drinks. We will definitely stay here on our next trip to Louisville! Thank you!
