Bathrooms were covered in orange and black mold . Bugs crawling everywhere including bed bugs in one of our rooms and when we requested a new room the ac didn’t work in said room . No compensation.

The property is super convenient to get in and out of downtown Louisville. Its unfortunate that the hotel is in such a dingy state. The front desk staff could be nicer as well. I know the times are set for breakfast but wasnt expecting to get yelled at for getting hot water. If they had wanted to turn off a machine or move something I would have gladly moved aside.

Property is very quiet and the rooms are okay. Just okay. I rented 2 rooms. One was fine, the other smelled like old smoke. The refundable deposit i put down at the reservation wasnt returned to me for 2 entire weeks. Pool didnt work and the “breakfast” is only waffles and juice. If you have the money go somewhere else.

The check in was easy but we couldn’t check into our room yet because they didn’t have any rooms clean at 1 pm. The room was clean, wonderful water pressure in the shower. Overall good experience.

The price was great. But the breakfast options were poor, the coffee was bad and right before we checked out we found a cockroach on the ceiling! There was also a "shady" guy doing drug deals in the parking lot.

I did not get the room i booked. I booked the king suite and wad told i only got the king room. Thrn when i get to the property after i called snd they told me to come on my room was available, i was told my room wouldnt be available for a few hours i was then forced to take a double queen room. I did not have a good time. My room was definitely not what i paid for

The hotel gave an inaccurate description of their location. It is not in Louisville, it is in brooks, ky which is further than i wanted to drive. The description is misleading and should say brooks.

The staff was helpful but the pool was not open that was a whole reason I came over there the room was big but the refrigerator was dirty it did not get cold for any of the food that I had brought or the drinks I don't even know where the ice machine was I will never waste my money again

We stayed for just one night, 2 females traveling with a baby. When we checked in we immediately checked under bed skirts and I found a PILL under mine and my friend found a couple of articles of trash under hers. Lucky we checked before letting her one year old son crawl around on the nasty floor. The bathtub faucet was constantly flowing, there was no turning it off. The room was musty and humid. The indoor pool was 1 ft lower than the markers and it was green. Breakfast was just carb based, no fruit or any real variety. Hotel staff was only average, no real costumer service skills stuck out, just getting through the day at this crappy excuse of a Wyndham hotel. I would never stay here again on purpose, my friend even got sick from the amount of bacteria there was in the air due to the high humidity in the room.

Not what i would expect from a windom property
I had higher expectations for a windom property. Rented the king suite with jacuzzi tub. First off. The room is on the 2nd floor and there ia no elevator for mobility impaired. The room was billed as remodeled but it was very outdated. The tub although clean was loud and did not function properly. There was obvious marks and stains on the walls from years of use. The king bed was an old inter spring mattress. The air conditioner took about 3 hrs to cool the room. No ice machine on the 2nd floor. No coffee in the room but is available downstairs. The "continental breakfast " was cheep packaged doughnuts from the corner store and mini muffins. As a plus though the pool was indoors and usable although we did not use it. All in all it was an ok stay but a bit on the pricey side for the amenities and location.

The place liked very unappealing placed between 2 more appealing properties — Comfort Inn and Hampton in also the much more attractive Baymont Inn and Suites closer to the airport. I guess you get what you pay for but the online picture was deceiving.
