Simple check in and out, wide breakfast variety, aircon however was noisy when on during the night, and the water pressure for the shower was not overly powerful. Easy to find and access.

False Fire alarm

Smoke/Fire alarm went off at 6am due to other rooms using using the shower at the same time we were told by the desk staff (!) Hope this is resolved and isn't a recurring issue.

Another lovely stay at The Link Hotel. First time having breakfast here, a great choice and good quality. My only problem was how cold it was in reception, dining area, corridors etc. They seemed to have the AC blowing out freezing cold air and had the radiators on. Apart from that it’s convenient, lots of parking and easily accessible by road.

Fantastic staff!

I was visitng friends so booked this hotel for a reasonable price. It was tired looking but clean, and comfortable. The hotel was so accommodating to me being Vegan and were happy for my friend to join me in the lounge/ communal area for drinks. The saff were 10/10. It was very cold and the heating appeared to be broken but the staff appeared to be working really hard to get round this.

Good location near University

Having walked out of another Loughborough hotel it was a relief to be somewhere clean and with attentive staff. The hotel has the feel of an holiday inn express in terms of room style and perfectly adequate for my short stay.
