They did not come to clean our room when we asked , and when they came they did not leave any waters . We also asked for towels one day and they never came . Food is not that great 5/10 Do not recommend to stay here .

The staff were very courteous & friendly & the rooms were well appointed & clean but the food was terrible. The breakfast buffet was fine, but the lunch & dinner buffets were less than satisfactory. The restaurants were marginally better than the buffets, but still subpar. We recommend integrating the room keys into the wristbands so that key cards are not necessary.

It took 2hrs to check in as other ppl kept cut the line and when brought up to the front check in; they said “so” and walked away so it’s rude as we’ve all been waiting too. 3rd floor villa and no elevator, I don’t mind but it was a pain with luggage. At check out, the lady didn’t even acknowledge us and was quite rude. Breakfast server at the outdoor seating was David, he was awesome.

We a really enjoyed how clean the property was. The buffet food was good and the staff were friendly. The rooms could be a little bigger and the restaurants weren’t great but over all we really enjoyed our stay.

My son and I visited in May 2025 for a week and had a great time. It was just the two of us and we always felt very safe walking around the resort. It's a bigger resort, so you do have to get familiar with where everything is, but once you do, it's easy to get around and very walkable. There isn't any transportation around the resort, but you don't need it. The food was very good, we ate at almost all the restaurants, tacos were great, buffets were very good, a lot of assortment and selection, dinner at Sakura was great, and the steakhouse was nice to have a sit down dinner instead of a buffet. The pool bars were excellent, staff was incredible, very nice and always helpful, great attention when ordering drinks, and we really liked having so many pools. We were there around the time that a lot of college students were, so the back infinity pools were where they hug out and the center pools and back center pool were a lot of families. We had a great time! I really like Pepe's, not a huge selection, but they had the best cheese fries with the spicy meat, so good! We enjoyed going to the lobby area and watching the shows, did some shopping in the gift shops, and we did one excursion while on the trip on a glass bottom boat, to the arches/rocks, did a beach day, went to the marina and had lunch, which was great. The riu parties were fun for the younger folks as well, we joined in and the water slides were a lot of fun! Definitely recommend this hotel as it has a lot to offer!

First all-inclusive was a great experience. I can imagine how some more seasoned travellers would have a problem with a few things such as the food options, walking distances, and entertainment. But none of the those listed were bad in anyway. I had a blast and i give it a 4/5. I can only imagine how more upscale inclusive resorts can become better.
