From the moment we checked in, to the very last day was a great experience for us. Our room was perfect, the food was delicious and the staff were great during our stay. I will be returning to this RIU location soon!

The hotel was very nice overall. The furniture in our room was all pretty wobbly and the charging outlet next to the side of the bed was broken. The food options were pretty good. We liked the buffet breakfast. The most the pools were nice and the seating around them. We had a great stay.

Over all Riu palace was wonderful staff absolutely polite and attentive to your needs. Biggest improvement need is speciality Resturant’s food at best was 3/5 not high quality at all compared too buffet.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to offer assistance and make my stay the best it could be. The food was good compared to many other all-inclusive resorts, in this price range, that I've stayed at and I appreciated the many options for dining that they provide. They also never accept reservations at the restaurants and I loved being able to choose what I was feeling like eating when I got hungry. The buffet had a lot of options but it was pretty hit and miss. I also like how the resort has an app in which most things can be done or ordered through it. For example, one can order room service, fresh towels, blankets, or a cleaning, etc. The property is showing it’s age in some ways and there were a couple things in my room that didn’t work properly. It was not a big enough issue to make me unimpressed, however. Be prepared for loud music during the day around the beach/pool and “Riu Party” at night. If you’re looking for a quit resort, this hotel probably would be disappointing for you. Overall, it was a great vacation and I would rebook in the future, if it is discounted again

10 minute cab ride into town. The food is outstanding at this resort, particularly in the main dining area. Would be nice to see some entertainment in the pool area during the day.
