Overall good experience. The food was decent and the RIU parties were fun! Only thing we disliked was having to walk a mile off the resort to get picked up by our UBER. The guys at the front gate were only allowing taxis to go in to the resort which seemed suspicious. Its almost like they were forcing the less able/lazy tourists to book taxis rather than order their own UBER. They were also trying to charge $525MX ($26USD) for 2 bags of chip's at the gift shop. I kindly declined and walked to the nearest OXXO 1.2 mi away.

This was our first visit here, we are already planning our next stay! Sam at the front desk was very helpful during the check in process. We called the front desk a few times during our stay to restock the mini fridge, they were right on it to bring us what we needed! Peppe’s had amazing food as well as the buffet! The options were amazing!

Property is in a beautiful place. Well cared for. The food service staff is on point. The staff coming around for drinks are hit or miss depending on the day. The food; let’s just say don’t come visit based on the food. It’s average to below average at best. Not sure if I would visit here again.

This is one of the better Riu properties we have stayed at. The views were absolutely amazing. We do wish more rooms we're oceanfront views. Also the steak did not have any seasoning on it. Bringing some next time. We booked our transportaion through Orbitz, tgere wasn't a designated person to guide us to the correct space tp wait. Orbitz said one name for Shuttle service and when we got there it was something else. No signs either. Did not like that from Orbitz.

We have stayed at other RIU properties that had far better entertainment at the pools and evening entertainment. Also, this time of year and being an adults only where there is the chance of older people, it would have been nice to have a blanket in the room.

Absolutely amazing time! Spent an entire week at this resort for the first time. we usually stay at Riu Palace but this time wanted to try an all adults resort. Great service was had by everyone! There was nothing we didn’t like (except one night of a horrendous beeping outside of our room but the management was more than happy to try and accommodate our needs…thank you Carla!). Particular shout outs to Lucio, the bartender by Pepe’s, Fernando the bartender by the stage, the waiter at Krystal that started with an A (and I’m sad I can not remember), Caesar in hotel management that came by and made sure every was going ok, and Israel at the Mexican restaurant. There were so many others to mention but honestly I can’t remember everyone’s names. We are looking forward to returning in May (hopefully!). Thank you Riu!
