We had (2) suites for seven girls. The check-in was rushed. He did not want to take his time showing me the map. He just put it on the counter and walk away to the next customer. I had so many questions but I was not able to ask him. The refrigerators were empty and there was no coffee maker. I had to make 5 calls. to get water, sodas , cream and sugar and a coffee maker. I had to call everynight for towels and coffee. The staff is not friendly they dont greet you a "good morning" only if I spoke and said it. At the buffet a server was rude to me. they ran out of coffee outside and I asked to have it refilled. I waited 30 min and still no coffee. I went inside to ask for it and she gave me an attitude and said they were busy.It was never refilled I asked if she can give me the waiter coffee mug and she placed it on the counter and said here take it. I was stunned. She was very rude. pueblo bonito Rose was not good but El Blanco was much better. I will not go back.

It’s very good for an old building, they try to keep it up but there is that lingering feeling and smell of the old property. Still a good place to stay. They should look into updating the appliances such as the coffee maker and the iron. They were RUUUUSTED. Also didn’t like the fact that you have to go to a far away property 30 minute ride for some of the restaurant options and have to pay extra money for that.

We love staying at Pueblo Bonito Rose and can’t wait to come back. With that being said, this time around our room felt more rundown than previous times. Our air conditioner wasn’t working, but the ceiling fan was, so it was overall fine. The service, the view and location are always the best part!

Not four stars.
Stayed here just to play Quivira. Our 3rd floor room was like a 2 star motel. The all tile floor was wet and the room smelled so bad we had to turn on all ceiling fans, A/C and open the patio and front door until we went to sleep. The furniture showed 30+ years of wear and tear. The overall hotel appears 40 years old with sloppy paint and caulking repairs. Don't expect a top quality meal here. Brunch buffet was okay although the sushi is not prepared with sushi grade fish. The "International themed" dinner buffet was absolutely horrible. The Sunset Beach location had better dinner options, but even those were not great. Sushi is not good there either but it is included.

I have stayed here multiple times, (3 times, I think!) and each time was great! We did the all inclusive, and it's so nice to not have to worry about food and drinks after arriving! Love the location (close to the Marina, etc). The staff are amazing, and the rooms are very comfortable. The food is also great, and we love the pool! Would highly recommend.
