Not a true all inclusive. Up charges on anything good. Beach is very hard to walk on can not go in the water. If you like quiet it is very relaxing not a party resort. Just didn’t like up charges on the good alcohol and didn’t know about the up charges on the food until afterwards when it showed up on my bill. The entertainment by the pool is very good. The guys make it fun but like I said very relaxing not at all a party resort.

Absolutely amazing resort. The views were beautiful and it was very relaxing. Highly recommend Rodrigo and Jonathan as your butlers! We were celebrating a birthday and they assisted with room decorations and dinner reservations prior to arrival. Definitely will return.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Pueblo Pacifica, and I can confidently say it was an overall great experience from start to finish. Upon arrival, I was greeted by the friendly staff at the reception who made the check-in process smooth and efficient. They were attentive and eager to assist with any questions I had, which set a positive tone for my stay. The lobby itself was beautifully decorated, creating a welcoming atmosphere. My room was nothing short of spectacular. It was spacious, immaculately clean, and tastefully furnished with modern amenities. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring I had restful nights throughout my stay. I also appreciated the thoughtful touches, like complimentary bottled water and a selection of local snacks. The view from my balcony was the cherry on top, offering breathtaking scenery that I could enjoy every morning with my coffee. One of the highlights of my stay was the hotel's dining options and swim up bar. HUGE kuddos to Hilario ( pool) for taking care of us.. The on-site restaurant offered a varied menu featuring both local and international cuisine. Truly enjoyed our stay. Gonzalez Family.

Honestly, yes the resort is gorgeous, food was good, accommodations was very nice, but for us it was the amazing staff. They were very attentive, personable, professional, and very warm. They really made this vacation perfect!

Service was one of the best, food was top tier. Special shout out to Gabriel at Sempier Restaurant for always taking good care of us. Drinks were great with loads of staff assisting. The app was very helpful as well. Only complaint I will say is that some of the pillows had an odour to them. We asked for them to be replaced but some of the replacements still had that odor. We would do a sniff test and then chuck them aside daily. Not a huge issue but still one nonetheless.

The all inlcusive covers mostly everything and I did not have one bad meal or drink...it's so nice that you can use their sister properties and the the all inclusive as well. Free shuttle to their other properties.....We only stayed 4 days, I will be back, but at least 5-7 days is a must. Staff were excellent, except for one lady, named Diana, at the sunset beach property...

We’ve been visiting Pacifica for 5 years now and every time it’s wonderful we love it. Fabulous restaurants in the Pacifica as well as loads of others in sister hotels and transport is provided. The staff are totally amazing and so kind and helpful.

This was our second visit to PB Pacifica. Our first visit we loved the property and brought friends with us this time. This visit, however, was a bit disappointing. The property just doesn't feel like it's being maintained as it should for a luxury resort. Common areas and walkways are dirty and unkept. We walked past a large piece of peeling paint on the ground for two days until my husband finally picked it up. Overall, the resort is still beautiful and we enjoyed our stay very much, just felt like things are a bit neglected. Something to think about..having an afternoon quick snack/pick me up would be nice. Snack options are very limited. Just a little cookie or something that doesn't cost an extra $4 would be nice.

We loved the serenity & small size of the PB Pacifica. As soon as you enter the resort you immediately smell the aromatherapy scent which aids in the start of a relaxing stay. We have to give shoutouts to several of their standout servers at Siempre restaurant. Reyna greeted us every morning. She’s a doll. Anna is the sweetest with a great sense of humor. Florinda provided top notch service! The only negative experience I had was with Amanda at the pool. We reserved a cabana bed at the beach for the following day. We arrived that morning & no one was there for assistance so we looked to see if the beds were assigned with our name/room number and found nothing so we just picked one. About 45 minutes later, Amanda comes by to tell me that the bed I was in wasn’t our assigned bed. I explained that how were we to know since there was nothing indicating which bed was ours. She then pointed out the bed that was ours & then went on to say that the cabana that I had chosen was for members only because they were newer. Ours was an older/worn cabana that she clearly pointed out. She could’ve handled it more tactfully. Even though we ultimately had her assigned old/worn cabana bed we still enjoyed it ($40 usd up charge).
