Setting was beautiful, clean, relaxing. Food was excellent with tons of options at their various restaurants. But by far the best part, the level of service from ALL of the staff was what made for a truly memorable experience from start to finish - extremely hard working, attentive, pleasant each and every single day. Would come back in a heartbeat.

Nice, small property with a beautiful view. Food was good overall. The is a fair amount of premium spirits for the all inclusiove but they are certainly trying to up sale other liquors which should also be available like Apearol. The app needs work (never could make a dinner res on the app) Enjoyed taking the shuttle for a day to the Pueblo Bontino Sunset to hang out at the Sky Pool, amazing view. As others have said the rooms are very dated. The couch cousions and comforters look old and dingy. The pool was never too crowded, pretty chill but gets a little lively in the late afternoon. The pool is showing wear and need to be retiled. Needs some interior updates but I would stay again in the future.

The staff at all Pueblo Bonito locations are extremely friendly, helpful. Always checking and asking if everything's OK if there's anything they can do for us. The food is excellent. That is the main reason why continue to go back.

The resort itself is amazing—classic and elegant, with no drunk guests in the pool and no loud music. The food and service are absolutely top-notch. The beach and views are beautiful. I would definitely recommend it to those who enjoy relaxing and fine dining. It’s not a place for partygoers, and I hope they keep it that way.

Great hotel especially for families. There are two resorts next to each other you can use for more dining options. There is a third resort you can take a shuttle to which is also amazing in a different beach and location. We will be back for sure next year. Thanks for everything

Expect Higher Taxes on Checkout

The local tax charged was $212 not the $21.20 clearly stated on hotels.com contract. Apparently they did not inform hotels.com of a new sanitation tax which is about $20 per night per room.
