Place is a little tired. The beds are very hard & poor pillows to sleep on. The male staff were quite unfriendly but the female staff were great. Pool area is nice. Try to get a room facing the pool.

I have stayed at this property for years as usual it was great. The employees are so friendly. Its definitely a safe place to stay.I like how it's a small quaint property. This place and people are dear to my heart.

Not Luxurious but Very Nice with a Great Price!!!

We had a great time! Great location, close to and walkable to San Jose center for the Art Walk! Breakfast was very good! We did not do All inclusive as we wanted to explore nearby restaurants! Staff was friendly and did not have any issues!!

The beach and ocean view are amazingly! Ocean is not swimmable. Hotel was clean and food was delicious. Pool needs some maintenance but there were lots of lounge chairs and umbrellas available.

Warning: you cannot go in the ocean in front of this hotel. The beach is beautiful, but the riptides and currents make it impossible to swim here. Nowhere on the website does it state this!!! The front desk staff were very unfriendly. Upon checking in, we were made to sit through a kind of orientation that was actually a pitch to go to a timeshare presentation. This was so off putting and unprofessional. Also, be aware that there is an automatic gratuity charged, one that they didn’t mention at check-in. The servers and cleaning staff were friendly. The food was tasty, but like all buffets, it got repetitive quickly. The daytime activities were lacking, but we enjoyed the live Cuban music and the karaoke/DJ. This is a budget hotel, with a budget experience.

The worst place ever we have been. They say it was inclusive but not and we have to pay all the food and that was an excepted expense. Drink was bad no alcohol to it at all. We were eating outside. Overall the picture you see and the hotel don’t much.

All staff was nice and friendly. It's an older property but well maintained. The weakest point is the food at the main restaurant, which is very average, served in a buffet style by the kitchen staff.
