Be cautious about this resort, they’re not welcoming to people of color. I spent thousands of dollars to celebrate my daughter’s 30th birthday there with a group of eight, and from the start, we faced discrimination. As a government professional, accompanied by law enforcement employees , I expected fair treatment, but it was challenging from the moment we arrived. We were denied entry to dining areas and faced difficulties just making reservations, despite the substantial amount we spent. I had to book yachts and plan activities outside the resort to make her birthday enjoyable. I pride myself on being respectful and professional, but it was clear they catered primarily to one demographic. The lack of inclusivity extended beyond the front desk to the servers and beyond. I would strongly advise against staying at this resort.

We are overwhelmed with love with the Marquis Los Cabos!! The staff went above and beyond to make our experience just perfect. Francisco, Eduardo, Alejandro, Eric, Jose Maria, Antonio, Enrique, Artuioro, the recreational staff (zumba, stretching, archery, etc.) were all the kindest, most present and lovely humans. By the time we left we felt like family and are already planning our next trip! Thank you so so so much for everything.

The resort offers stunning views and a delightful poolside experience, complemented by attentive and courteous staff. However, during our outdoor dining, we observed a cockroach, which was a significant drawback. Additionally, the quality of the pool chairs could be enhanced, and the food was satisfactory but left room for improvement

There service was poor, day 1 the app or the phone was not working. Our room had no privacy. Day 2 they changed our room to a different one as the other one had issues with phone and there were people sitting right outside our room in the pool area. The food was terrible
