Nice place to stay. Very beautiful staff is an amazing they work so hard to make you feel like home anything u need they help you out. We came the weekend of a Super Bowl. They organized downstairs a room w big tv food and drinks and sweet table so you can watch and eat. Amazing. Good job guys.

This is the honest experience teuth nothing but the truth about expedia and the krystal grand los cabos ,1, Expedia give me 2 neds room when i am flying with my wife , and expedia wants to seprate sleep different neds ,2, in room , shower door broken water comes out ,and shower head broken spray everywhere like a snake ,no tooth brush beds broken got my back hurt ,very bad , then they fic in a morning again the bed legs making noise and broken , then they move me to other room , shower same peoblem and bed problem and something bed bugs were biting , then 3rd day they move me again , then same shower broken tv broken , then they move me again , and same problems everywhere, then ,one nic emanager came to me on 5th day and move to kig bed finally nice guy , but room wasnt clean plastics found under the bed and out side of balcony , food sometimes lunch left over lets chicken, then they modify and serve in dinner ,mostly every room has may be problem and small things , they cant even keep tooth brush or anything, i had a terrible experience, paid $ 7600,and some not worht it , 7 days 4 room changes and all 4 were had problems , this is truth and nothing but the truth ,, expedia workers are not helpful at all the guy name JOSE ,,not suportive ,or helper , in my entire life i will never ever go to that place or book from expedia

The resort was fine. The Superbowl party was excellent with a great food spread. The breakfast buffet we found to be well below average other than The omelette bar. They seemed to be a staff shortage. Hard to get a cup of coffee let alone a refill. Couldn’t even find a cup to go get my own coffee. The Japanese restaurant was excellent. Good food and service

We had some highs and we had some lows during our trip. Starting with the highs, our Concierge Gabriel was excellent! He made daily bookings easy with just a quick text and catered to the needs of my family members with severe allergies. He made my Dad’s Birthday special. He was very professional and attentive. On to the hardworking wait staff at “Surfos”, they were awesome. Great interactions around the pool with guests, always friendly and fun. Delicious handmade pizza! Hugo at the Sky Lounge was a crowd favourite with his knowledge of craft cocktails, he was a show all within himself! An issue we encountered was having a suite on the 4th floor above the lobby bar. Every night was loud with partying guests staying way past closing of the bar. Had we known where our suite was located, we would have booked elsewhere. There were often longer waits for drinks due to shortages on cups at the bars. Just a minor supply and demand problem that could be fixed quite easily. Lastly, we did chase staff everyday at the Buffett for cutlery, napkins and drinks in the morning and afternoon. I never did get a glass of white wine in a proper wine glass the whole trip. It is the little details that we paid good money for and they were just not present. We were enjoyed the variety of daily entertainment and activities. All in all, we had a wonderful family vacation but we will not be returning to this location.

My first time in Mexico was unbelievable! I went with a friend and had an amazing stay at Krystal Grand Los Cabos. Exceeded my expectations! The food was amazing, staff super friendly, beautiful property and clean environment. The only thing that wasn’t to my liking was the gym. It does not have the things listed on the site. It’s just a small room with a few treadmills and ellipticals. Everything else was perfect! Thanks for an incredible stay!

We liked and enjoyed our stay. We had a couple of bumps with staff one at the grill who was rude when we went for dinner. Another was at the Mexican restaurant with poor service. The rest of the staff were great. The food was okay and we were disappointed that the ice cream in the cafe was at a cost. Nothing we ever experienced at an all inclusive. The room was excellent with a wonderful view. The grounds were beautiful.

This is a great hotel. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Everything is very organized and coordinated to ensure you have the best time. Favourite restaurants there is Risotto & the Grill. The property is large, various pools to enjoy. A nice adults pool too. The rooms are very nice and clean. The ocean view is fantastic. I would definitely stay here again.

I recently stayed with other friends and we had the altitude swim out suites, the best stay ever. Best experience as we walked in greeted by staff and taken to our concierge José from Expedia. Magnificent experience all around the. He put us in contact with Gabriel on his day off excellent service from both. Food was great all around with no wait times. Staff was very respectful and hardworking. Angelica was great along with Mariela at the altitude hut, Hugo and Saul At the Sky bar kept us warm and cozy, they offered us blankets and comfort! Rodrigo a very hard worker at the pool area kept us hydrated! Very good experience all around and very accommodating even for a requested late checkout. We will definitely be coming back, even though we did not buy into the Belaire property, Elsa was very polite and not pushy like her boss.

Very hard working and accommodating personnel. José and Gabriel did an excellent job at check in and out at the Expedia desk. Hugo and Saul were great at the Sky bar, Rodrigo and Angelica were amazing. Kudos to Rodrigo always on the move. Buffet was good aswell. Housekeeping was great aswell.

We very much enjoyed our vacation at the Krystal Grand San Jose Del Cabos and definitely plan to return. We stayed for 2 weeks. While the buffet restaurant food was excellent by the end of our stay we were wishing for a bit more variation. There are 4 other very good restaurants that serve meals à la carte. I understand that the hotel was built in 2017, so is relatively new. We do think the owners should start spending more money on maintenance and repairs as the rooms and furnishings are looking tired. We do not think it earns a 5 star rating. We can’t say enough about the staff. Everyone who served us was very friendly and helpful. Special kudos go out to Juan who managed the buffet restaurant and his staff; Rodrigo, the poolside server, who literally ran and Gabriel, who was our Expedia host.

I went on a quick girls trip and we saw whales jumping out in the ocean from our balcony! It was quiet and relaxing. I love that there is an adults only pool that is separate from the other two pools. We had so much fun and will be back again! I stayed at the Krystal Grand last year as well on my girls trip and we had a great time!
