When we were there there was a hug construction inside and outside of the hotel and they were working 24/7 . This supposed to be a relax stay! There shouldn’t accept any guest during that time! So disappointed!

Yes, there’s construction. A lot of it. But that’s the only reason I’m giving the review 4 stars. The hotel was beautiful, clean, food was good, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. I would still recommend Hyatt Ziva to anyone and would return even if there was ongoing construction. You start to drown it out and did not impact our stay at all. As a side note - this hotel is in an area where you are not allowed to go into the ocean due to rough currents. You would have to travel via car/shuttle to a different area in Cabo to go into the water. The pools were great and we did not have a need to go into the ocean. The beach is beautiful and is still oceanfront. Overall, highly recommend!
