The property is very beautiful and large. I stayed in room 334 which I was upgraded by the staff there because it was my mother’s birthday, which was very nice of them. The room that we stayed and did have a few electrical issues that they did try to fix but it works sometimes and then it didn’t. The concierge service at the resort was very helpful. They had a top-tier service anything you needed they were there morning, noon and night. My Concierge rep was.Esau he was so helpful in our stay there anytime we text him he would come and meet us every single day. I can stay at the hard rock they give ultimate service also in Concierge service I dealt with Manny and Karen. They also had top 10 quality service as well. My mother‘s luggage was damaged on the flight there and they were able to secure luggage for my mother to go home which I thought they went above and beyond service now as far as the food goes, it was not the best to me. The food was four out of 10 wasn’t cooked properly and wasn’t really to my liking at all, but if I had to go back to the hard rock, I would especially with the pool was very clean on the beach was very beautiful. You cannot swim there, but you can definitely go out a look it is very peaceful there and may I say thatthe water aerobics and the stretching classes were a plus they have a great staff there that gets guest to interact the pool. Staff was excellent as well towels. Whatever you need did help us get food and drinks very dedicated and helpful

While the all the inclusive aspect of the hotel was great, I was extremely disappointed in the hotels level or service. The hotel management staff has no compassion or care for guests and their experiences with guests who come to vacation. Due to misinformation from their team, I had a sour experience towards the end of my trip. I don’t think Hard Rock understands the experience from a guest, they really just throw their hands up and their policies are so black and white. The management team was not able to resolve my poor experience, and no courtesy was given. Not recommending to anyone.
