This was my first time in Cabo and my first all inclusive resort. I enjoyed every minute of my stay! It was also my birthday and the staff, especially Pablo, made my birthday even more special! He facilitated a slice of birthday cake and a complementary bottle of champagne on my special day making my stay at Corazon an unforgettable experience. The resort was clean, always smelled nice. The jacuzzi on the balcony was absolutely stunning. The shops and restaurants are all walking distance and the resort is right on a swimmable beach. I would highly recommend this resort to any of my friends and family.

Corazón Resort is a convenient place to stay since you’re able to walk down to the beach and it’s walking distance to restaurants nearby. The pool areas were also very nice even tho some were crowded. The con of this resort is Hector the supervisor at the rooftop bar that does not have great customer service as many complained about him. Hector is very rude and is not friendly.

per our reservation we booked a luxury studio.. they put us in a junior suite on the street side of the resort.. i asked about all inclusive or VIP, they said it wasn't included in the reservation. all they were worried about was selling us a time share.. the property itself is very nice. we just didn't get what we paid for.;

Our stay was decent, especially since we had a room with ocean views, which made a big difference. However, the resort itself feels dated, and certain areas could use significant upgrades, such as the elevators and the gym. The bathroom could also be more functional—more outlets on both sides of the mirror would be a welcome improvement. The location is just okay, but one downside is the sheer number of vendors on the beach. We were constantly approached, which made it hard to relax. Overall, the hotel feels like a 3-star property striving to be a 4-star, but it doesn't quite get there. While there are some nice aspects, there's also an undeniable budget feel to the experience.

This is not a quiet area. The street, the hotel itself, not quiet. Beds are hard as a rock and the hotel knows it. They will offer a mattress topper. Room service was great. Pool service was good. Rooftop 360 not worth it.
