Staffs are courteous, but no house keeping, we asked for additional towels but had to go down stairs to front desk to get the towels for ourselves Parking space is limited, we circled around the hotel to no avail, had to park at a street near by, which was limited too, we were lucly to have found one spot per someone leaving

I arrived at the hotel an hour after check-in time, only to be told by the front desk staff—who were surprisingly rude—that my room wasn’t ready yet. I was informed that rooms were still being cleaned, and when I asked to speak with a manager, I was told there wasn’t one on site. I had to wait in the lobby for about 30 minutes, feeling tired, hungry, and in desperate need of a shower and some rest. No one came to inform me when my room was finally ready—I had to keep going up to the desk to ask, and each time I was met with the same unhelpful and unfriendly attitude. Once I did get into my room, it was decent, but unfortunately it was located right next to the highway and was quite noisy throughout the night. Overall, this was not a welcoming or relaxing experience. Between the lack of communication, poor customer service, and the noisy location, I would not stay here again.

Bad luck

Got in late at night. Wanted to shower the towels were dirty (hairs,stains) told the front office they told us we had to wait till housekeeping came in 9am asked for and extra towel once they came up they said they would bring more but couldn’t give us none at the moment because they are all counted for. Didn’t really like the hotel at all.
