Only stayed 1 night. Beds were super comfortable room was really nice and clean. Only downside there was a very heavy perfume scent that was overwhelming. I definitely would stay again

Arrived early to the property and was charged £154.92 to check in early. No catering onsite and when I asked for a Spoon they said quite rudely we don’t have spoons only forks. Also was charged £86.88 for parking onsite when I didn’t have a car, the man said he would refund me but I still haven’t received it. Apart from the fact it’s a quick 20minute walk from Universal I wouldn’t stay here again.

Everybody was so sweet and nice. I came with my favorite niece and I’m her favorite Auntie. We will definitely be back. Thank you Tilt! The water was not getting hot so I could not give my daughter a warm bath. The tv in our room had no working remote and half the outlets did not work around the room. I would not stay here again!
