The welcoming staff was adequate, the room, although small, was ok. Windows do not have a tight seal. As a result, as this was our refuge from the Eaton canyon fire, the smoke in the room was barely tolerable and made it difficult to breathe.

Freeway pollution and too soft of a bed (terrible back ache to point could not sleep) made our stay less than relaxing.

Bed was too soft. Location is near FWY. Staff unaccommodating. Lobby decorated well. Restaurant and ambiance overall isn’t what it used to be. But it’s pretty much on par with comparable business hotels in area. Westin does have a nice view of old town City Hall from some rooms which offers unique historical feel.
