Would've been 5 stars. Check in was good. In between having to ask for help was not so hot. The women were pretty knowledgeable. The only male there didn't seem like he wanted to be there at the front. Everyone has bad days but you chose hospitality. Check out was standard. Parking was a hit or miss. Valet was helpful the night we checked in abd the day we checked out. The in between was less then stellar. No solution to being charged twice. House keeping knocked on our doir at 8am worh the do not disturb sign. Would not stay here again.

Fine hotel but needs some updates. Friendly staff
Hotel one of the best in Pasadena but needs some updates to outdated signage, bathroom fixtures, etc. Service was great, breakfast was fine, but dinner options could be better. Overall probably the best hotel in Pasadena.. Hope they put some work to make it an A+ stay again..

The property is located in an area with an easy access. Very nice staff. The only complain was the conduction of the room. With huge spider web on one window and severely damaged sheers on other window - the room was not very “inviting”. Needs some TLC before booking guests.

I left a comment to a supervisor at Westin abut my first experience with Westin. 1) Location is great and the hotel stay looks clean and good condition. Service was nice as well. 2) I like the Bevi water dispenser at the hotel lobby. I wish all hotels would have something like that. But the storage for hot water seems a bit limited and keep having to go int Heating mode to boil a new pot. 3) Wife and daughter got bitten by a mosquito or bugs in the room. Not sure where it came from. 4) There was this piece of metal that is in the middle that supports the bed frame. Somehow it was exposed and my wife scraped and got a cut on her left. I wish the hotel would cover it up as if I wasn’t paying g attention I would have hit it myself easily. I sent a pic of the metal piece and the cut to the hotel supervisor. Other than that, I think the stay was great, hotel staff was friendly, and valet helped me charged up my EV, but it costs like $5. But it’s still cheaper than a super charger. I prefer it to be part of a free amentiy.

Gorgeous lobby, but rooms were lacking in upkeep, carpet was bubbling, overall needs more maintenance. Our tv didn’t work, had to have a maintenance guy come in to fix it. When we tried to call the lobby about the tv issue the phones didn’t work so we had to go downstairs to make the request. Not a huge deal, was just hoping for a headache free getaway and everything seemed to be broken. Also the parking “validation” only took $2 off. The woman at self park said she gave me a $17 voucher when $17 was my total after the $2 was removed. Overall disappointing.
