Staff was friendly. We reserved a junior suite several weeks ahead and let them know we’d be traveling with 2 adults and 2 children. When we arrived there were no linens on/for the pullout bed and only 2 towels.

One nights stay

All in all it was a nice stay, check in was smooth however we did arrive early due to returning from our cruise. This turned into, let's see if we have a room available now, then it was if you check in now it's $75.00, if you wait till noon it's $35.00 and if you wait till 2:00 No Charge... felt like we were at a used car lot. On the front end of our trip we used Hyatt Place and we were simply given our room. Both hotels are excellent though.

More nighttime airport shuttles are need. As I attempted to go to the hotel from the airport the first shuttle was too full. The next shuttle was for "flight crew only" which was ridiculous and the driver did not let me on the bus even though there seemed to be plenty of room. Finally the third shuttle allowed me on the bus, 45 minutes after the first shuttle drove past me. This was inconvenient and not the service I normal receive from a Westin property. Disappointing overall.

Always a great stay

Stayed for just the night, I’ve stayed at this Weston before last year, always a great pick. Great location to the airport or to get around LA. Clean. Cover garage that’s connected to the hotel, and a lot of amenities that I have, unfortunately not been able to take advantage of just yet (like Topgolf!). My only 4/5 star was the showerhead and drain were acting up a bit (showerhead was spraying to the side, water pressure was pretty light, the drain wasn’t staying open). Small details, but I’ll definitely be staying here again when I’m in LA.

Amazing stay, unbelievable beds

We stayed here on the heels of our Disney trip prior to heading back home. It was wonderful! The beds were UNBELIEVABLE!!! They had a little cafe with amazing breakfast burritos in the morning. Would absolutely recommend staying here.

No room service; no list of useful phone numbers; no menu in the room. No decent designated spots for smokers. Coffee maker in the room almost broken, poorly supplied with only two creamer pods. No paper cups, only one provided....overall, very poor. The ice maker on the eight floor extremely noisly, on top of the airplanes noise. Bad, very bad experience.
