After my two day stay, we request to get our room cleaned but they only took our garbage out and put clean towels... they didnt bother to make out beds, the door doesnt have a secon lock, there was hair in our beds, the mirror was broken, the water from the sink and shower doesnt have enough pressure...

Rooms were not clean, had a bad odor, linen and towels had bad odor and were moist. They had no towels to offer and were out. There was water dripping from ac on the floor right outside each room in walkway which was a slippery hazard. The AC/heater was also loud in the room. The good thing was the location of property and courteous staff. Walking distance to beach.

The property is okay for the value. I guess that also brings in certain type of guests!! Loud slamming doors at random hours. Smoking outside but right in front of their room. Loud conversations. Goodness me. Couldn’t wait to get out of there.

I guess this property doesn’t have enough towels? Because trying to get towels everyday was a nightmare. And the customer service response was basically non existent. Pretty much was just told that the towels were in the wash… no matter what time of day I was asking for one, and then essentially laughed off. Not enjoyable.

The 2nd room was nicer than the 1st one. Had to go out of our way to get ice. We drove to another side of the building to find the ice machine because the one close was broken. The employee that took my payment didn’t seem to know the difference between my credit card or debit. I think it might have been a language barrier. But it cost me an inconvenience. There also were hidden fees attached to my bill I didn’t expect. We left the rooms clean and tidy although the guest room attendants should still sanitize it for the next guests. I probably won’t go there again.

The family room was ok for up to 8 people. The 2 bathrooms included made it more convenient. This hotel is recommendable for a cost-efficient yet comfortable stay ❤️. But it would be better if there will be variations on the breakfast included especially for those who would stay for more than 1 day.
