The ship itself is historic and beautiful. The food is very average. No room service. No housekeeping, unless three day stay or more. The bathroom is definitely is a bit difficult to navigate with a high step into the tub. It’s a one and done for us. There is a Starbucks on board which is very convenient.

Loved staying here! Wanted to do the ghost tour but we arrived to late and left early as we were going on a cruise! Other than that loved staying there!

No air conditioning or heater, it was freezing at night, they only offer blankets… Warm water only, impossible to take a hot bath to warm up. Staff rude and unprofessional except the front desk. The property is not maintained properly, this is worse than a cheap motel, let alone a 3- star hotel!! Museum part is very nice though, what an amazing piece of history.
