The stay would’ve been closer to a 4 or 5-star had we not been misinformed on several services, including the option to upgrade our room and dining options. Very disappointed with the miscommunication and then the “not our problem attitude” after the fact. The highway noise was very loud.

We came here for our anniversary weekend! It was such a blast and the hotel was perfect ! Their restaurant and bar was the best! Amazing customer service !! We will definitely be coming back. We did two days at universal and they had a free trolly that would take you to and from. It was the best !

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a great experience. One of the standouts features was the convenient shuttle service to Universal Studios, which runs every hour. The valet parking option was a nice touch, offering an easy alternative to self-parking for just a few dollars more. The amenities were nice, I love the 24hr gym and the yoga sessions offered. The pool area was a highlight especially with the movie nights under the stars. I will definitely be staying here again in the future.

Great hotel...just make sure room is clean
No complaints other than the cleanliness. Hair in the shower, glasses not clean and just covered with new plastic (disgustingly dirty glasses) and the phone handset was filthy. Manager made it right and everything fine afterwards.

Hotel and staff were lovely. Not much in the area so food and drink at the hotel was a bit pricey. Location of hotel is great for Universal Studios which has a free trolley there and back and to the Metro station. Fantastic hotel but just not much in the area.
