Waste of money
This place was horrible especially for the price. The room was not the cleanness. There was hair in the shower, the floors were dirty, the shower head was dirty, the vent in the bathroom was dirty, stains on the rug. And everything was in poor condition. There was holes and scuff marks all over the walls. The handle on the bathroom door was falling off, paint job was messed up, the closet doors were not hung correctly, cracked titles. And then there was the staff member who was working the night we checked in. He was rude, didn’t give us any information on the hotel, fee’s, nothing. Before we got to the hotel I had called to ask a question and he was rude on the phone as well. He had a very bad attitude and even though he didn’t know why we were staying there it was not a pleasant start to our stay. We were only staying there because we got evacuated from our house due to a fire and after a long and stressful day, being welcomed with rudeness made it worse. Never staying there again or recommending it

Hotel had extra fees that include a parking fee per day, an extra $50 for food Or breakfast if you eat anything. The man at counter was very rude. There is also a $45 fee if you try to check in early. Rooms were okay. Fairly clean. Showers were rough. On our last night the AC stopped working.

We forgot our coats in the closet when we left. Took 3 days of calls, with nothing "found", till we said we need to file a complaint with the police. Then the coats were found. Draw your own conclusions.

Nice hotel. Some of the pictures are not of the hotel but down rather the shopping center across the street. Good location. Has a lot of food options grocery stores within a 1 mile radius.

My stay was mostly ok. The pipes in the garage leaked all over my car and I had to pay to get it washed. The toilet in my room leaked constantly, the air conditioner leaked constantly. The cleaning, Staff was very loud, doors slamming, music they listened too, and just chatter with each other. I was to be there 5 days and never once did they clean or make my bed. Maybe that’s the new normal? I left a day early, and still fighting with either Expedia or the hotel to get a refund on the last day. I sadly won’t be back to the Anza, I had such high hopes

First off front desk was rude as soon as we walked in. The place smells of dirty diapers. And you have to pay to park… which they don’t tell you when you book. We had to ask several times for towels and they never came. The AC was dripping water in the middle of the walk way in the room and they said “it will be fine”. They said the pool is heated… it wasn’t and it was dirty. The bar was closed. Just over sold the property. We won’t be back.
