Nice place with good amenities.

Staff was friendly and quick with checking me in. The room was nice and clean. I thought it was weird that the soap containers were not filled but there were mini bottle to use.

The first day. The original room door stuck and all our stuff was inside. Took 3-4 hours to get our stuff out and no apologies for makeup anything after told me they will do something makeup for it for waste of time and feel unsafe.

Place is OK. If you plan on being out all day & only using the room to sleep, i recommend this place. The parking is a tight fit though.

Ventura Blvd (LA)

The desk staff were very friendly and efficient. It didn’t seem too busy, but we got in late, but no hassle at all. Our room was on the ground floor in the back so it was quiet. The rooms were repainted with newer floors. The building and furniture are older so there were cracks to the bathroom tile, no safety hazards noted. There was coffee, muffins, fruits, and yogurt in the morning.

A place to sleep and shower

Had an issue with the plumbing the night we got there, they moved us to another room with no problem. Not a luxury hotel by any means, but convenient and did what we were looking for on our Universal Studios trip. Very friendly and accommodating staff.
