I was not happy with the value of this property. The price is high and the hotel bills itself as a 4 star property, but the attention to detail lacks. The room was mediocre; there was no space to place anything, such as toiletries, in the bathroom; there isn't appropriate furniture for luggage; the first room we had was accessible and thus had massive space in the bathroom but had holes on the wall where a shelf had been removed and not patched and nowhere to set down anything, as even the blow dryer took up the toilet tank spot. The lobby felt like a mid grade bar; the bar was small, loud, and underwhelming; the check-in process was painful because there was an entire group that was checking in before us, but they were not all present until they were individually ready to come to the counter, at which point they walked around us and met up with the teammate who was already at the counter. In other words, it looked like we were 3rd in line, when in effect we were about 15th. The 1 employee at the counter never looked up at us or addressed the need to check in this entire group first. Furthermore, she chatted up each person in the group asking what they did for a living and also trying to upsell them on Marriot membership which took more time and even more if they accepted and she processed the new membership. Finally, I paid for the breakfast to be included but nowhere did this mention that it was only for eggs and potatoes - no substitutions.
