The location used to be good, but now many of the businesses have closed down. It’s an extremely long walk to get a decent cup of coffee. There is nothing on the premises only one of those awful plastic coffee machine things in the room. The staff were nice but the hotel lacks facility. it is clean. definitely needs a remodel plumbing can use a little help.

This hotel is in a great location, but they make you pay $50 a night for Parking and you have to schedule your room to be cleaned. They don’t automatically come and clean it. The staff was very rude and not very helpful. I would not stay here again.

My recent stay at this property was deeply unsatisfactory due to several critical issues. Most notably, the day shift manager exhibited unprofessional, aggressive, and demeaning behavior that was entirely inconsistent with any standard of hospitality. His conduct created a hostile and uncomfortable environment, reflecting a serious failure in customer service training and leadership oversight. In addition to the unacceptable staff interaction, the cleanliness and upkeep of the premises were subpar. For three consecutive nights, I observed unused equipment and materials left outside the window—raising concerns about sanitation, potential pest control issues, and general negligence in site management. Most alarmingly, the shower curtain collapsed mid-use, posing a clear safety hazard. This points to poor maintenance protocols and could easily result in injury. Given the combination of unsafe conditions, unsanitary surroundings, and deeply unwelcoming service, I cannot in good conscience recommend this hotel to anyone. This experience reflects a breakdown in both operational standards and guest care practices.

My room on the second day had water and feces overflow in the whole bathroom and 1-2 inches of feces and water in the tub. I had clothes and a pair of shoes ruined due to this. At 11 pm got a new room. Next door. Was not any better. When I called to complain I was given the run around. No discount given or

Overall the staff were accommodating and friendly but the hotel is very basic and has addrd fees such as $50 parking. Room met our needs for the night but I would select another hotel if staying in W Hollywood longer. It’s expensive for what it offers.

I didn’t hear any other noises while staying at this property. I usually stay in a hotel 3 days a month and I always hear slammed doors, showers running, people talking etc. But not here. I enjoyed the quietness.

Clean and comfortable.

Room was clean and bed was very comfy. Checkin/checkout was seamless no issues at all. They also use dove products which was a pleasant surprise vs normal perfume smelling products at hotel chains. Location is great if you want to be in Weho. Can easily walk to the bars/restaurants on the strip
