This hotel did NOT have an airport shuttle OR continental breakfast - like they claim they do online. Additionally, the rooms were dirty, things were broken in the rooms (bed, toilet, etc.) And the elevators have not been inspected since january of 2024 - we were there in May of 2025. The elevator doors didnt work right (one tried to close while people were in the doorway, the other one's door didnt like to close at all). All in all, NOT a great place to stay.

The overall service was good the pipes leaked the showerhead and the faucet in the tub leak. When called for service maintenance came by immediately, which was good people were friendly staff friendly. The place needs to be renovated is old in the toilet water in the bowl did not refill

This hotel is going down hill! I stayed there a few years ago - it wasn’t that bad (they had breakfast then). They do have safe parking on site but with a warning!

Sad, sad hotel

we are a retired couple that travel quite extensively and we have to say that this hotel is one of the saddest we've seen in a long time. Greatly in need of a remodel, update and general replacement of most fixtures. Needs sound-proofing in windows for this busy street location. The elevators were scary with bouncy transit between floors. The parking garage needs to be re-striped to accommodate vehicles. I would be surprised if Ramada and/or Wyndam has any clue that this hotel has their name plastered all over.

You get what you pay for

This property needs a lot of work and management doesn’t seem motivated to make changes. The bathroom was not properly cleaned and had random strands of hair throughout the bathroom and in the shower. One of the bath towels looked used, the bed was very uncomfortable and creaked. I wouldn’t recommend

You pay for parking $10 p car. No amenities. Had a very mold smell. Bathroom was dirt. Very outdated. Walls had holes near floor boards. Its look very nice when you walk in I'm guessing they want lobby to look updated but not room. Blankets are thin almost like sheets. People were hanging out in garage smoking and playing loud music. But I had no choice because I was off work and was tired
