Black mold and allergens everywhere. DO NOT STAY HERE. Roach spray cans on every floor when you get off the elevator. The toilet wouldn’t flush because water had been shut off. After further inspection I saw the doors open on the room next door and when I walked in there was exposed black mold everywhere with no containment. The property's expedia listing shows breakfast until 10 but the management and staff removed breakfast at 9:25 and said they wouldn’t honor breakfast until 10.

The staff was nice. Our 1st room had baby roaches on the night stand and tv table. We was upgraded to a suite but it had a very bad smell in the room we couldn't figure out where the order was coming from. And the bathroom was dirty the tub was old and not clean well at all. The bed was made up nicely but the sheets were winked and you can tell they hadn't been changed we slept in our clothes. Luckily we only stayed 1 night we left earlier the next day. At the front desk the guy that checked us in said that the hotel was just bought by someone and they will be upgrading within the next year.

The staff members were all very nice. You can tell that this property which once had a restaurant & bar and a very nice indoor/outdoor design centered around a large cascading water fountain used to be a real destination for conferences, banquets, etc. It is showing its age, but was good for the price (about $94 per night). The complimentary breakfast included scrambled eggs, freshly made waffles, fruit, toast, juices, and coffee. There aren't any eateries in walking distance, but delivery is an option. I understand that there was a management change within the last few years. I hope that they will put in the work to make this spacious property a gem once again.

Generally it was fine, just a little run down. However the first room had mold on the bathroom wall and the over the bed. When I changed rooms, painted over mold showed up after a couple of days in the new room.

Hotel is decent-looking from the outside, however it is VERY DIRTY when we were given the room. There is a MUSTY WARM SMELL ones we opened the door. There are webs and dusts on the corners of the room and everything just looks poorly done. The ceiling is painted poorly, the tiles on the bathroom are uneven and dirty, the sealants are peeling, the bed is creaky, and there were lots of hair on the bed. The staff service is good otherwise, but I would rate this hotel 3/10.

Place needs a heavy update, especially the parking lot. Way too many small spots and people are allowed to park any which way, causing there to be a smaller number of spots. Inside the rooms need fresh new appliances and paint job, and our couch was extremely dirty, so did not even bother sitting on it. Place was much better a few years ago when I stayed last.
