I had people in the upper room and was very noisy. The walls were not sound proof enough. I can hear someones tv on so loud. Thep pillows were great and bed was nice. The dining was convenient.

Stayed here before and they offered airport shuttle. When I booked the room through Expedia it stated there was airport shuttle service. Someone needs to correct this. Personally I’ll never stay here again after having to pay Uber $36 each way to bring me to the hotel and back to the airport.

I placed on reservations for three people in a suite and if the room I was in considered a suite this company needs to go look at what a real suite looks like and the one this hotel have is not even close to being a suite. Burns in carpet but says no smoking another burn in toilet seat and the tub and shower head was dirty like I was at the snooty fox and nobody never wants to stay there. Three people stayed in my room and the pull out couch had no extra sheets or blankets and when I went to front desk to ask everyone had gone home and nobody to get blanket or sheet so o had to go find a store to make this purchase worst stay ever and I do not recommend this hotel to anyone not even my enemy
