The area around the hotel looks questionable, but overall had a great stay, the counter clerks were great. I spend the day at Universal Studios. There are other families as well.

There was construction going on during our stay. Unfortunately there were roofing nails on the ground in the small parking lot, creating an additional hazard for guests. The pool area was definitely not close to the relaxing image portrayed on the website. The people were pleasant.
