The front desk lady was extremely sweet and accommodating. I was in town to work night shifts I had to make the reservation from Friday to Monday even though I was only going to be sleeping there Saturday and Sunday 0700-1600. She moved my reservation to Saturday and let me check in around 0715. The property however had a broken down car in front of the lobby homeless people in the parking lot and as a female traveling solo did not feel safe. There was nothing to load my bags on to get to the room so it was either multiple trips or attempting to juggle my things. The room I was given was “upgraded.” The door stuck the dog in the next room sounded like it wanted to tear through the wall and the instant smell of cigarettes was nauseating. The noise from the road sounded as if I had left the door open. The air conditioner rattled so loud I thought the window would break. I juggled my things back in to a pile and immediately left. Again the front lady was very sweet and only charged me for one night when I could’ve easily been charged for all three still. I appreciated the refund as I had to then find another hotel that allowed me to check in early in order to get some sleep. Awful property. Do not stay here.
