I thought the staff was fantastic. The room was clean, but had a funky smell. The pictures online are not like how the room looks at all. Very bare bones, minimum bedding, and no color like in the pictures. The bed in front of the TV was saggy the other one you couldn’t see the TV well and it was lumpy. Carpet was peeling away from the wall like it had been wet at one time. That’s what it reminded me of. The showerhead is so high up that by the time it hits your head you’re hardly getting any water pressure. And I wasn’t comfortable with the parking situation. I can’t believe it had such a high rating.

I struggled with a door from the room, which I had to push / Push towards my feet and then push again. It was a hard time opening the doorz. It was a problem they have to fix their doors.

Place was dirty, it doesn't look like the pictures. Csrpet dirty coffe table dirty at look like old abandoned hotel. But I guess u get why you pay for. Manager owner. U shoul take care of u hotel in general to keep u business growing.

The staff at the lobby was very accomodating and helpful. Keep up the good work! The room is very clean, including the bathroom and bed was properly made.
