I absolutely loved the location, right by across the Peacock Theatre and Crypto Arena. Lots of food and attractions nearby. The room was spacious nice and clean. I had a great view and the staff were great as well. Definitely will return.

The Hotel location is good but the front desk is very cold and abrupt .. They only give 2 bottles of water and that too one has to go to reception every morning to collect same and don’t even keep water dispenser in lobby or floor .. They only keep water during the day for guest check in .. They take a handsome deposit of 100 Dollars per day as security which none of the hotels across our US trip too .. Normally all hotels take 100 Dollars as security .. The hotel is a big NO for leisure travellers and is very dead and shady during nights .. Although the room size is big and house keeping staff is good but overall not a vibrant hotel

I love this property and have stayed there many times before. There was some stuff malfunctioning in our room which made sleeping and resting pretty difficult the 1st night but fortunately they give us another room the next day. One thing I may add, the manager in charge was more fixated on refuting the complaints that I had instead of taking care and fixing the problem until finally they gave us another room. Im no Karen by any means but i can definitely recommend some customer service training for that mansger. That being said, it feels just like a minor glitch in the Matrix, we love staying in this hotel and it will still be our No.1 choice every rime we travel to L.A.

Everything was great. Only odd item was no microwave at all. Was told one was not available as the hotel does not provide an option to warm up food at all. Everything else was great!
