Property is in a great location. Connected to the mall. The friendliest staff. Delicious food at the hotel restaurant, H2. Hummus was my favorite. Easy to get assistance for all of my needs. They gave you the option to text your request. I would definitely stay here again!

Outstanding location!! A few steps from the Hollywood Walk of Fame, yet rooms are quiet, with comfortable bedding for a good night’s sleep!! Staff were very friendly and informative. Lobby is beautiful. Rooms are spacious and very clean! Valet parking is pricey in my opinion (but at the going rate in LA), but self- park is reasonable! You cannot beat the proximity of this hotel to Universal Studios, Beverly Hills, Griffith Observatory, etc!! Also, the view of the Hollywood sign, Capital records, and downtown LA from your hotel room is amazing!!! Highly recommend!!

Amazing place and the pool was actually heated unlike others that claim to have a heated pool and really don’t. It is also right down the street to Hollywood hall of fame and taco stands and shops everywhere.

An amazing stay. The hospitality at loews is outstanding. We were celebrating our anniversary and they went out of their way in making our day special. There was cake, champagne and also two coupons to be used for breakfast. We had an amazing city view room on the 15th floor . Surely will be back if we in LA.

I was there for a meeting, the room was older outdated corners not the cleanest the hotel showed its age. I asked for a step in shower due to my handicap requirement. I was not given that my room had a step in old school tub, which was very difficult. I’m just totally displeased with an older room outdated they kept trying to upsell me on a higher floor with a Hollywood sign view that seem to be their focal point. I will never stay at this hotel again this Lowe’s hotel was the worst and I’ve stayed at multiple Lowe’s across the United States.

Hotel staff is very friendly base is very comfortable. Room service was at his best. The bar have all the drinks you need The lobby was clean. The pool area is amazing. I will give this hotel a 10 out of 10.
