Nice location, easy to walk around and to see Walk of Fame stars and Chinese Theatre. Can see Hollywood sign from Hotel! We would stay again as it’s a nice location and large room but it was a bit average, bathroom could do with refurbish to modernise.

This hotel is literally in the center of Hollywood which makes it convenient if you’re looking to do touristy activities. The staff was friendly and accommodating. If you decide to valet park, be aware that it’s $55 per night tax! This includes in and out privileges. Self parking is a bit of a walk and has no in and out options. I was told it’s $22 overnight. Another warning- bring your own water. Fiji bottles in your room are $11.50 each. The hotel itself has a coffee shop, lobby bar that serves food (and has a happy hour), and restaurant which serves breakfast and lunch only. Room service is another option. Overall, Lowe’s Hollywood is nice, but slightly overpriced.

Really liked this property, the room was very clean and the bed very comfortable, there was a small mini fridge which was handy and there was a bath/ shower. Lovely pool area and the breakfast buffet was really nice The location was very convenient for the underground which was only a short walk away as was the Hollywood Walk of Fame. We felt very safe in this area and did not see any signs of trouble

We travelled with my 10 month old and stayed for 3 days. Check in was at 4pm - I tried to contact them multiple times to check in early - no answer. We got our room at 4pm. On day 3, we came back and our room was filled with the smell of cigarette smoke. Couldn’t get ahold of the front desk for half an hour. Eventually the manager got wind of the situation - he came into the room and said he didn’t smell smoke. I told him I needed to move for my baby regardless if he smelled it or not, and that it was a health issue. Eventually we changed rooms but it was not an ideal situation.

Great Place!
I chose this place because it was close to Hollywood Bowl for Omar Apollo/Malcolm Todd concert for the kids. Everyone was very nice and the place was very clean. We did the valet parking ($60) which worked out great! If there was one thing to complain about, it was be traffic noise. We were on the 19th floor and could hear all of the traffic. Having said that, I would stay at this place again. Did not get a chance to check out the bar or restaurant as we stayed for one night. Great place overall!

Fantastic Hollywood location. Valet parking professional, quick, courteous. Pool heated - makes it great experience, enjoyable, appreciated that. Comfy bed & professional housekeeping all 4 days. Didn’t have to beg for towels, clean fresh EVERY day. They make the bed & vacuum EVERY day. Finally a hotel that operates like a full service hotel. As lively or quiet as you want it to be. Delivers as promised & advertised. Preston’s Restaurant amazing chefs & service. Staff polite, well trained. A refreshing change.

Our stay at the Loews Hollywood with our infant son was exceptional. The staff were extremely friendly. Everyone from the front desk staff to the bell hops to the restaurant staff. They really went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The breakfast staff were especially gracious to our son. They engaged with him every morning and welcomed him every day with smiles and ensured we had a high chair for him. I would absolutely stay at this hotel again. It was a great home base. The location is excellent and we were able to travel all over the city without difficulty. Yes, Hollywood and Highland has a lot of colourful characters and it can be busy but we always felt safe. We come from a big city too so we found it fun and we loved all of the dining and shopping options accessible by foot. Also there is CVS, Target, Walgreens, etc all within walking distance. This was especially helpful when we had to buy additional diapers and formula for our son. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

This is a perfectly nice property that feels a bit more like a 3 star versus a 4. Rooms were a bit dated, restocks in housekeeping were sporadic. However, the location is great if you want to be right by all the tourist action or Hollywood Bowl.

Excellent location, walking distance to many of Hollywood highlights. The staff is very friendly and professional. Rooms are big, clean and beds are very comfortable. We didn't use the valet parking ($55, multiple entries) but used the self parking for $20 for single entry.

I was told $28 on arrival and I paid for valet parking at $60. My credit card was charged twice for a total of just over $140 and as I did not receive a receipt for my stay, that was supposed to be emailed, I have no use what the extra charge was for. I also mentioned that our toilet was making a strange noise and I had smelled sewage, briefly.
