Everything was great. Friendly staff, room was clean and comfortable. The one complaint which really isn’t a complaint because I’ve dealt with far worse was the showers water pressure and max temperature was too low. It was still warm and enough pressure but I would have just liked it a bit hotter and stronger.

Pros: Very clean property and rooms. Nice modern decor. Friendly staff and service. Very close to universal and nice restaurants. Cons: a bit sketchy neighborhood due to homeless but did not feel unsafe; experienced loud music playing outside of the hotel in middle of night for an hour.

The hotel is clean, well appointed and the beds are super comfy. The location is convenient to get to attractions around the LA area and close to the Burbank Airport. Small thing but the grab and go breakfast was not available but it was okay as we were still able to get free coffee and juice throughout the day. We would come again!
