Not a bad place, not great either. I think it depends on where you get a room. My room on the third floor was pretty loud. You can hear just about every foot step above you which is really annoying. One night a kid or dog was running around all evening. A phantom fire alarm went off one night at 4:30 for an hour which was incredibly annoying. Some homeless are camping across the street.A new construction project looks to be starting soon. The hotel doesn't offer much. No breakfast offered, coffee machine broke during stay. Nightly parking fee which is normal I guess for the area. The room was a pretty good size which was nice not feel gin so boxed in. The bed was really nice too. Other furniture is kinds weird as they are about a foot off the ground(chairs, couch). Those were uncomfortable begin so close to the ground. I probably wouldn't stay here again due to loudness with people above you and lack of amenities.

Not clean if you look closely

Really nice place with with a modern style. Nice walk in shower. The beds and linens seemed clean, but all other surfaces looked like they had not been cleaned (floors, tabletops, door knobs). Staff was friendly and went out of their way to get us parking.

This is a really nice modern property. Clean and beautiful. Needs a table for games especially in our room that has multiple beds for family. There was a party across the street that was rather loud until about 10pm. Otherwise everything was amazing. Staff was amazing and super friendly.
