My first stay in the morning 3/25/25 I came in to desk early morning around 8:30-9 AM and asked for housekeeping, and the man there he said no problem, you will get it, I came back around 5 PM and the room not made, I went down to the desk and talked to lady have tattoo at her hand she was very nice and she send the housekeeping and they did the room for me.

They are currently still remodeling, I think they should be clearer about that. Elevators were not working and only 2nd and 3rd floors available, and I was carrying heavy luggage. There was no electricity in some rooms, other guests having to switch while I was waiting for mine. No scrambled eggs or others in the dining, only hard boiled. I sat somewhere in the diner, and once in my room I realized my back was full of dirt, most likely from a chair. Bed was old and noisy, and smelling like an old lady’s perfume (they most likely didn’t change the bedsheets). I chose this hotel because of the bathtub, but there was no stopper, and the bathtub had a plastic sticker coming off, so no chance of taking a bath. Overall, not a nice experience. I will try to avoid La Quinta hotels from now on due to similar experiences throughout this hotel chain. Sorry for giving a bad review, I hope it could help as feedback.

Property was under construction which was not identified when we reserved room. Experience was good but would have liked more breakfast options like eggs and sausage or breakfast sandwiches. Night desk attendant was very helpful and friendly !

Just okay

Excellent staff. Courteous and professional. The room was very old and used up. Some renovation work was going on during our stay and did not affect our visit. Pool area looked nice. Good parking. Plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. Seemed quiet enough during our 3 night stay. Breakfast was adequate if not super fresh. Probably wouldn’t return in it’s (the hotels) current condition.

This property is under major construction. We were not made aware prior to booking. Workers were hammering, sawing, all the noise all day. The laundry facility is out of order. The ice machine doesn’t work. Our shower had no hot water. Our room was dirty and run down. You’re better off staying at the Motel 6 across the street.

My room 105 was for a handicap. There was no desk. They had white lights to bright. Tv was off to the side and not directly facing the bed. Noises after 10pm. Not construction workers. Free breakfast at 7am, had no eggs left. Should had made enough.Customer service pm and am excellent. Ice machines not worling. CS provided ice from kitchen. I will not book again. Not for that price. Bedcover thin. No blanket in room.

The staffs were accommodating, the rooms are clean. Maybe its time for them to change the pillows, most of them lost their shape as a pillow. But overall experience was good.

We actually left two days early after one night. The carpet in front of the air conditioner was wet. The room had a musty smell to it. The rooms refrigerator made weird noises all night. You couldn't open the windows. There was a odd stain on the ceiling. The onsite laundry was out of order. The elevator would jump and make scary grinding noises. The ice machines were dirty and had water leaking out of them. We will never stay there again.

The property is poorly maintained The room is not clean The toilet is blocked The curtain is half way open but facing the corridor so no privacy as people can easily see thru the white see-thru curtain what people is doing inside the room or see you are sleeping in the bed The air conditioning is noisy too

Definitely never staying here again. The only part that was nice was how nice the workers were. Place very dirty, the room had a strong cigarette smell. Towels and bed pillow case had stains. The towels were hanging on a rusty hanger. The bathtub and toilet were not clean. If I had paid cheap I would know it was my fault for booking something cheap but the rooms were not super cheap- I would rather have stayed at a Motel 6 I would pay a lot less to get the same type of rooms and facility.
