They offer a shuttle bus and show a picture of it on their web site. Not once in the hour waiting at the airport did we see this shuttle. Only to find out they have changed the name of the shuttle bus. It would have been nice to know this. Even their recording told you to look for the La Quinta bus. The room was clean, breakfast is a to go bag. Not much in it. They are renovating so I would think once this is done it will be great. Though I would stay there again during the renovations.

Staff was very rude and unfriendly. Never did I get notice that the hotel was under construction and would be loud and amenities unavailable such as the complimentary breakfast, gym and restaurant. Parking is expensive and sparse and if you have a large vehicle the only parking is Fox parking that can accommodate you which is down street. Will never stay here again and would not recommend this place to anyone.

They did not mention anything about it being remodeled until after the fact that we had just reserved a non refundable. Non of the amenities were available, like the Gym, restaurant, etc. Not worth the price as it is under construction and they don’t list it anywhere on the reservation website. Not happy with our stay, not coming back!
