We had a 3 bed room with 6 family members in it and the only bathroom had a sliding barn style door on it that did not close properly (it would slide back open a bit after being closed because it was installed unevenly) and there was no way to latch or lock it. We had to rig it by stuffing a cloth under the door each time to keep it closed anytime we needed to use the bathroom- pretty ridiculous. They also had motion sensitive lights at the bottom of the beds so the bright lights would come on in the middle of the night anytime anyone needed to use the bathroom- disturbing all of the other sleepers.
We also asked for an iron to iron our clothes and they said someone else was using it and it would be few hours but we needed it before that so that was disappointing.
We also needed to check out early in the morning around 6am and it was unclear how to check out- there was no one at the desk, no directions, and no one came when we rang the bell so we just slipped our card under the window and left it on the desk.
