The staff were very nice, especially Maria who checked us in. The furniture in the room was a little dinged up but the view was fantastic on the 54th floor. There is no changing area at the pool, which is a little inconvenient.

I asked for a room with a decent view. I even signed up to be the IHG member because I was told the members would get priority over their requests. However the front staff, Maria assigned me a room right behind the pwc building blocking the entire view. Maybe she needs to trained properly of the property?I want to give her the benefit of the doubt that she didn’t know what rooms has good views. I was not entirely happy with the stay.

Great anniversary!
Great service from the valet parking to the last person. Specially great attention to details from the chevk-in, I mentioned we were celebrating our anniversary and I was upgraded, also we were congratulated by the maitre at the restaurant and received a complimentary dessert. The view from the room is great, by the way. Will definitely come back.
