Very Refreshing Stay
Just used room to wait in until late night flight from LAX to FLL. Flight was at 10:45 so we didn’t want to be sitting around in the airport.

So convenient to LAX and Car rental properties. Absolutely loved this hotel. Dewayne on the bell desk was so helpful and such a happy man nothing was a problem to him. Would definitely stay there again and recommend this hotel.

The a/c went off a 3am. When I called downstairs to report, they said that they would send someone up to fix it. Since I was alone in the room, I chose to not have a stranger in my room at 3am. The facilities should be in working order so this doesn't happen

A canceled flight led me to a layover at LAX. The hotel is excellent for a one night stay. The shuttle bus service is convenient and efficient. Check-in was quick and concierge team were extremely friendly offering bottled water on arrival. The room was spacious and quiet, despite being directly across from the airport. I highly recommend this location for a layover.

Hard to sleep in!
The curtains in the room let in so much light around the edges because of being improperly installed. Also, the alarm clock goes off at 6am with no way to unplug it. The phone in our room didn’t even work. We thought this was a high end hotel, looks like we will be booking somewhere else next time.
