Some truly great features about this hotel is that it is surrounded by plenty of restaurants, shopping and close to the freeway & airport. It is in the corner of the parking lot of the outlets. You could honestly walk to the mall. Staff was also incredibly friendly. And the rooms are generously sized. Our room in particular was mainly clean, however the sofa was torn apart and was pretty dirty. Water pressure was non existent in the shower. And maybe I’m wrong, but the hotel had no cameras on any of the floors. Usually there are many and obviously placed. Caught a guest sneaking out their very large dog, (Rottweiler) through the stairs and side entrance to the parking lot. They gave me the shh finger to lips when I saw them. Again. Cameras would have caught that.

The stay was very pleasant and comfortable. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was good. The customer service desk was very friendly and helpful. I came for my university graduation and it was a perfect place to stay. It was close to the mall, restaurants and Toyota arena. Would definitely recommend!

My family and I stayed here for one night. Hotel is dated but was clean and rooms were spacious. For the continental breakfast they offered waffles, scrambled eggs and sausages, oatmeal, sliced bread, bagels and some muffins, coffee, apple and orange juice. Parking filled up fast on site but plenty of parking across the street.

No heated pool as promised

We returned here because when we came 2 months ago they had a heated pool. When we checked in we were told the heater was broken! Very disappointing.
